Forest Ave. II - A Full Gut Rehab with Everything in its Place

This family wanted to keep their amazing location but get the house of their dreams. Enter: the full-gut rehab. Every room in this house either received a complete overhaul or is a new addition to the structure. It now boasts a grand entry that invites guests of all ages to spend time with this welcoming family. They created a home that truly has it all. The wife's favorite room is the gracious and multi-functional kitchen where everyone can gather around the enormous island that is a counter of her choosing. She laid eyes on it and had to have it! We collaborated with the homeowners and architect on spacial design and layout, then enjoyed finishing many of the rooms where comfort is key and the priority is easy living.
